Can I modify or cancel my order?

To do so, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible and include:

• Your order number
• The requested change or cancellation

Depending on how far along your order is in the preparation process, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. You may then exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving your parcel.
