Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

An address change is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped.

Contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, specifying your order number and the new address you would like to use. We will do our best to make the change in time.

Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to make any changes.
