What are the conditions for returning an item?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return an item to us.

For the return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

- The item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged;
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories;
- The original tags and protective materials must be present.

Any item returned incomplete, damaged or showing clear signs of use, making it unsuitable for resale, will not be accepted.
