You can place your order without creating a customer account. However, we recommend that you create a GONSAC account to enjoy a better shopping experience on our store:

  • recording your name, first name, and delivery address
  • saving your payment information
  • viewing your order history.

As soon as the payment of your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order summary. Remember to check your spam ;-)

If you have a GONSAC customer account, you can easily find the status and details of your order from your Customer Account .

Our logistics team is working quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. This is why you have 24 hours to modify or cancel your order, after receiving your order confirmation email. To submit a request to modify or cancel your order, we invite you to do so by contacting Customer Service .

Delivery

Gonsac.com accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express bank cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay

We take your online security very seriously. Your data is confidential and we want to make sure it stays that way.

Even if you choose to save your payment data for your next purchases, your bank details are entirely processed by our financial partners Shopify, Paypal, Apple Pay, without our teams having access to them.

In accordance with national legislation, we have implemented reasonable information security safeguards and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or use. We only use secure connection certificates, recognizable by the prefix "https" in the URL and the padlock displayed in the browser address bar.

Your order may be subject to routine anti-fraud checks before the transaction is validated.

To use your discount code, simply enter it at the top of the order page and click “Apply”

If you have a problem using your promo code:
• Your code may no longer be valid
• Your code has been sent to you personally and you must use the same email address as the one used for your previous order.

Delivery

The delivery times below are given as an indication and do not take into account possible disruptions such as strikes, severe weather or holiday periods:

  • Metropolitan France: 9 to 13 days
  • European country: 10 to 15 days
  • Overseas Territories and international: 2 to 3 weeks

Delivery is free for France and Corsica .

For delivery to other countries, shipping costs are applied:

  • Germany / Belgium / United Kingdom: €4.21

  • Canada / United States: €5.42

  • Other European countries: €8.62

  • Overseas Territories and international: €52.84

Delivery in France and the European Union:
The prices on our site include VAT, so you will not have to pay any other taxes. However, Switzerland and Norway are outside the European Union, and you may be asked to pay customs fees.

Delivery outside the European Union:
For any shipment outside the European Union (excluding the UK), customs or import fees may apply, and are your responsibility. They will be requested from you by the carrier before delivery.


GONSAC does not have the possibility of knowing their amount in advance. These taxes depend on the regulations applied by the governments of each country, and we therefore recommend that you inquire with your local customs office.

The announced delivery time is independent of our preparation time of 72 working hours (Monday to Friday).


You can track the progress of your order directly from the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email, or from your Customer Account .


The delivery time depends on the carrier chosen according to your city and country of delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your unique tracking number.

You can use this number to track your order here .

If you believe you have received a non-compliant part, please contact customer service with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • One or more photos clearly showing the non-conformity

We will offer you an exchange or refund solution according to your wishes.

Return of item

To make your return, you just have to ask us by going to this page .

You have until 14 days after the date of your delivery to request the return of your item.

If you are making a return from mainland France, we will provide you with a return label and you will not have any costs.

For returns from another country, the shipping costs of your package to France are your responsibility.

Our Customer Service will respond to you by sending you your return label.

Reimbursements are made in the form of a credit valid for 1 year.
