If an order moves me up several tiers, will I receive all the Loyalty Credits for the intermediate tiers?

No. If the same order allows you to reach several tiers, you will only receive the Loyalty Credit corresponding to the new tier reached.

Loyalty Credits for intermediate tiers cannot be combined.
