Return and Refund Policy
Not happy with your item? Don’t worry, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange, or to return and get a refund for your item.
To make a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging.
Return
To return your item, simply request it by going to the "Make a Return" section. We will respond within 24 business hours and provide you with your return label.
Exchange
If you’ve fallen in love with another model from our store in the meantime, or if the item you received has a defect, you can request an exchange by visiting the "Make a Return" section. Customer Service will guide you on how to proceed.
Refund
All returned items are refunded to the payment method you used to place your order.
The processing time for your refund is on average 3 business days and may vary depending on your bank’s procedures for handling transfers from an external account.
We initiate your refund payment as soon as we receive your returned item, and we send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund amount appears in your bank account.
We do not refund
Any orders that could not be delivered due to "incorrect/inaccurate/untraceable address issues."
Any orders that could not be delivered due to the recipient’s absence (and/or recipient unreachable by phone) during delivery attempts.
Any orders stolen from mailboxes after delivery has been confirmed by the Post Office or the carrier.
Any returned item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts or marks not caused by our error.
We refuse
Any exchange, return, or refund requests made more than 14 days after the order delivery date.
Any requests for a replacement return label due to failure to respect the indicated expiration date.
