What happens if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will generally leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. Depending on the carrier, your parcel may be:
- left with a neighbor or at a nearby collection point;
- presented again during a second delivery attempt;
- held at a post office or carrier depot, where you can collect it by presenting valid identification.
Details are provided in the tracking email you will receive when your order is shipped.
