Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 to 72 hours.
Delivery
Order delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays and depend on the selected destination country.
Delivery times may be extended during periods of high demand (sales, end-of-year holidays, private sales).
Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed when you enter your address before paying for your order. Delivery is free in France.

Tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to track your delivery.
