I can’t log in—what should I do?

If you are having trouble signing in, check the following:

• Email address: make sure you enter the email address used when placing your order
• Sign-in code: the one-time code is valid for a limited time (if it has expired, restart the process to receive a new one)
• Spam folder: check that the email containing the code has not been filtered
