How do I make a return?

To make a return, you can either use a return label* that we provide or ship it using your own means.

Return with a label

1. Click Make a return at the bottom of the page in the Service section
2. Enter the requested information
3. Select Ship with a return label
4. Choose your refund method (payment method or Gonsac credits)
5. Submit your return request
6. Wait for your return request to be approved
7. Download your return label and follow the instructions provided 

* : The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund.

Return using your own means

1. Click Make a return at the bottom of the page in the Service section
2. Enter the requested information
3. Select Ship using your own means
4. Choose your refund method (payment method or Gonsac credits)
5. Submit your return request
6. Wait for your return request to be approved
7. Follow the instructions provided and ship your parcel to the indicated address
