Can I exchange an item for a different model or color?

Yes, you can exchange your item for another model or color, provided that you return the item concerned under the usual conditions.

To initiate an exchange request, click Make a return at the bottom of the page in the Services: section:

1. Enter the requested information
2. Select Exchange the item
3. Choose the items you would like in exchange
4. Submit your exchange request
5. Wait for your exchange request to be approved
6. Follow the instructions provided

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will ship you the items you requested in exchange.

The item you wish to exchange must be returned using a return label we provide. The cost of this label will be deducted from the value of the item being exchanged.

Exchange for a lower-priced item

Depending on your preference, we will refund the difference to your payment method or add it to your Gonsac credit balance.

Exchange for a higher-priced item

You will need to pay the difference before we can ship you the items requested in exchange.
