Are returns free?

Returns are not free. We provide you with a prepaid return label to make the process easier, but its cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returns from France

• The return label fee is €4.95

Returns from Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.

• The return label fee is €9.95

If you would like to know the cost of a return label from a country not listed above, please contact our Customer Service team, who will provide you with the amount.

You also have the option of shipping your product return yourself with the carrier of your choice (return shipping costs remain your responsibility).
