Yes, it is mandatory to create a customer account to place an order on our store.
Your customer account allows you to enjoy a better shopping experience:
- the registration of your first name, last name, and delivery address
- the saving of your payment information
- the consultation of your order history.
As soon as the payment for your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing the summary of your order. Be sure to check your spam folder ;-)
If you have a GONSAC customer account, you can easily find the status and details of your order from your Customer Account.
Our logistics team works quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. That is why you have a 24-hour period to modify or cancel your order after receiving your order confirmation email. To submit a request to modify or cancel your order, we invite you to do so by contacting the Customer Service.

Gonsac.com accepts the following payment methods:

We take your online security very seriously. Your data is confidential, and we are committed to ensuring it remains so.
Even if you choose to save your payment information for future purchases, your banking details are fully processed by our financial partners Stripe and Shopify, without our teams having access to them.
In accordance with national legislation, we have implemented information security guarantees and reasonable technical measures to protect your data against any unauthorized access or use. We only use secure connection certificates, recognizable by the "https" prefix in the URL and the padlock displayed in the browser's address bar.
Your order may be subject to routine anti-fraud checks before the transaction is validated.
To use your discount code, simply enter it at the top of the order page, then click “Apply”
If you encounter any issues using your promo code:
• Your code may no longer be valid
• Your code was sent to you personally and you must use the same email address as the one used during your previous order.
Delivery
The delivery times below are given as an indication and do not take into account possible disruptions such as strikes, severe weather, or holiday periods:
- Mainland France: 8 working days
- European countries: 7 to 10 working days
- Overseas territories and international: 9 to 14 working days
Delivery fees may apply depending on the country where you wish to receive your order:
- France / Corsica: free
- Europe: €4.21
- Canada / United States: €5.42
- Asia / Africa: €7.24

Delivery in France and the European Union:
The prices on our site include VAT, so you will not have to pay any additional taxes. However, Switzerland and Norway are outside the European Union, and customs fees may be charged to you.
Delivery outside the European Union:
For any shipment outside the European Union (excluding the UK), customs or import fees may apply and are your responsibility. They will be requested by the carrier before delivery.
GONSAC cannot know their amount in advance. These taxes depend on the regulations applied by the governments of each country, so we recommend that you inquire with your local customs office.
The announced delivery time is independent of our 72 business hours preparation time (Monday to Friday).
You can track the progress of your order directly from the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email, or from your Customer Account.
The delivery time depends on the carrier chosen according to your city and country of delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your unique tracking number.

If you believe you have received a non-compliant part, please contact customer service providing the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- One or more photos clearly showing the non-compliance
We will offer you an exchange or refund solution according to your preference.
Return and refund
To make a return, you just need to request it by going to this section "Make a return".
Our Customer Service will respond by sending you your return label.
For a return from a country other than France, shipping costs may be your responsibility.
You have up to 14 days after the date of your delivery to request the return of your item and send it back to us for a refund.
To ensure you are refunded, here are the conditions to be met:
- Your item must be returned intact
- Your item must be in its original packaging
- Your item must show no signs of use
- Your return must be made within 14 days after your delivery date
Any return not complying with the conditions stated above will be refused and not refunded.
If you are making a return from mainland France, we provide you with a return label and you have no costs.
For returns from another country, the shipping costs of your package to France are your responsibility.

Your refund is automatically credited back to the payment method used when placing your order.
The time required to process your refund may vary depending on the payment method used.
