Gonsac works directly with designers and suppliers around the world, to offer you the best quality at competitive prices. This means that your order is shipped from multiple locations around the world, and you may receive your items separately in multiple packages, if your order includes different suppliers.
DELIVERY DELAY
The delivery times below are given as an indication and do not take into account possible disruptions such as strikes, severe weather or holiday periods:
- Metropolitan France: 9 to 13 days
- European country: 10 to 15 days
- Overseas Territories and international: 2 to 3 weeks
SHIPPING COST
Delivery costs are completely free for France. For deliveries to other countries, additional shipping costs are applied:
- Germany / Belgium / United Kingdom: €4.21
- Canada / United States: €5.42
- Other European countries: €8.62
- Overseas Territories and international: €52.84
All our orders are shipped without exception with a tracking number. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will be informed by a shipping confirmation email that you receive.
