Make a return or exchange

You have the option to return or exchange one or more items within 14 days following the date you receive your order.

To submit your request, please fill in the fields below, including the following information in your message:

• your order number
• your choice between an exchange or a return
• the reason why you wish to return or exchange your item

Customer Service will process your request within 24 hours (excluding weekends and French public holidays)

All return or exchange requests made after the 14-day period following the delivery date will be automatically declined.
