Your item does not suit you?
Don't worry, you have up to 14 days after the date of your delivery to request an exchange, or the return and refund of your item.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part will not be eligible for a refund.
Any request for exchange, return or refund made more than 14 days after the delivery date cannot be accepted.

If you receive your item damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange of your item. Photos showing the condition of your item will be requested if applicable.
To benefit from a refund, your item must be unused, and returned to us in the same condition as when you received it,
However, We do not refund items that could not be delivered to you due to incorrect/inaccurate address issues. If La Poste confirms that it was unable to deliver your package following a problem with your address (incorrect, inaccurate, untraceable), your refund request cannot be accepted.
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If it is approved, your refund is then processed and you will automatically receive it in the form of a credit valid for one year, to the email address with which you made your return request.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
